Create a bold italic variation to finish off the family.

Changed the name of the font to NuSansMono (no spaces) so
that Adobe applications list the font family properly in font
menus. Also made family compatible with FontReserve.

Added bold weight to the family. Added the Euro character
to the italic.

Modified some characters in the regular to facilitate table
drawing. Recompiled font family using FontLab 4.1. Created Windows
version.

Made the demo version a smaller download. Created an italic
version. Recompiled font family using new FontLab software.
